2. Service Description
FlowClip provides AI-powered tools to repurpose long-form video content into short-form clips for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Features include automated clipping, captioning, and multi-platform posting.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use FlowClip. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
FlowClip offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your original content. By using FlowClip, you grant us a limited license to process your videos for the purpose of providing our services. Generated clips remain your property.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FlowClip for illegal purposes, to infringe on others' intellectual property, to distribute harmful content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
FlowClip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FlowClip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
